Hebrew Script

Hebrew script is a writing system used to write Hebrew, the language of the Jewish people.

It is an abjad, primarily consisting of consonants, with vowels indicated by diacritical marks called niqqud when necessary, particularly in religious texts and language education.

Hebrew script is written and read from right to left. This script is also used for writing other languages, such as Yiddish and Ladino.
